Seafood HACCP Segment One Registration
The Seafood HACCP online course registration is $175 and is available in English and Spanish.
Important Registration Note:
When registering, please ensure that the name of the individual completing the course is entered in the “Name as it Will Appear on the Letter of Completion” field. Do not enter a company name or email address in this section. Failure to provide the correct name may delay your participation in a Segment Two training and the issuance of your training certificate from AFDO.

The registration links above will take you to a secure eCornell registration and payment page. The information provided on the registration should be the information for the individual completing the course. Once payment is complete the participant will receive an email with additional course details and have immediate access to the course using the email address and password created. A receipt of payment will be sent to the participant. If enrolling someone other than yourself, you should communicate with that participant that they should be expecting these emails. You will also need to share the username and password you create.
NOTICE TO THOSE ENROLLING MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS: When enrolling more than one participant in the online course, you will need to log out of the the eCornell Canvas account after each registration is processed before you can create a new account and enroll another participant. When doing this you should also be prepared to SHARE THE PASSWORD YOU CREATE, with the individual enrolled, if not yourself. ALTERNATIVELY, you can submit a group enrollment request described below and we will send an auto generated password to participants.
GROUP REGISTRATION
To register a group for the segment one online course, complete this group registration spreadsheet and return to seafoodhaccp@cornell.edu. Once received a payment link will be sent. Upon receipt of payment, registrations are typically processed within 24 business hours.
