Training Sequence: Segment One then Segment Two
This Seafood HACCP Alliance segmented training course has two parts or “Segments”. Segment One is the Seafood HACCP Online course. Those who complete the Online course are eligible to attend a one-day Segment Two training taught by an Alliance qualified trainer. Those who complete both the Segment One and a “live” Segment Two training will receive a Certificate of Course Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) to demonstrate that they meet the training requirement of the FDA Seafood HACCP regulation. This training sequence is equivalent to the training received by attending a basic “live” three-day Alliance training course.
