Registration

Now that you've reviewed all of the information about this Internet course and your options for using it, it's time to go ahead and register for the course. To register for the Internet Segment of the Seafood HACCP Alliance Training Program you must mail or submit online, a completed registration form with the correct fee.

To register and pay by credit card over the Internet click on the indicated link below. Your registration form will be submitted over the Internet and your payment will be processed via a secure credit card transaction.

Please note: We are unable to process transactions for credit cards issued by banks outside of the U.S. at this time. Please use the "registering by mail" option.

To register by mail you need to print out the registration form, fill it out and send your payment directly to the New York Sea Grant Program. Participants in the United States may pay by check or money order. Students from outside the United States must pay by a postal money order or by an international draft (drawn on a US bank and payable in US Funds). All checks, money orders, or bank drafts should be made payable to Cornell University.
