Each time you go to the Internet address for the active course site, a pop up box will appear and you will type in the Username and Password that you created. When these items have been sucessfully entered, you will come to a Blackboard page that says Welcome, your first name. In a box on the upper left side of this page entitled “My Courses” you will click on the words “HACCP: Seafood HACCP Alliance Training Course”. This will take you to the course Site Map shown below. The Site Map is your guide to this HACCP Training course. The boxes on the Site Map represent each of the twelve Modules in the HACCP Course. These Modules correspond to each of the chapters in your manual, HACCP: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Training Curriculum (the blue book if you have a printed manual).

Here's how it works.
Click HERE to print out the Check Your Knowledge Form. You will use this form to write down your answers to the "Check Your Knowledge" activities. You can also write down your Username and Password on this form. Keep this form with your manual and use it as you proceed through the course. Once you have printed out the form you will be ready to begin!
To begin the course, you simply click on Module 1, "Introduction to HACCP: Module 1" and you will enter that module. Once you have entered that module follow the instructions you find there. Proceeding through the module is as easy as clicking on the Next button and reading the text on the screen. When you have completed Module 1 and submitted the answers to the Check Your Knowledge questions, you will return to the Site Map. At this point, you can continue working on the course by clicking on Module 2, or you can click onto the “log off” icon at the top of the page and continue the course at a later time.
