If you have access to the Internet (which you must if you are reading this) you have an Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your provider has not given you an Email account, you will need to contact your ISP and they will be able to set one up for you. Most ISPs provide their users with one E-mail account that is part of the monthly bill. Additional accounts may cost extra.
